At Parklane Capital you will be immediately involved in exciting projects. In direct cooperation with our partners and the management level of our clients, you will work independently on challenging and complex tasks.

Challenges that let you grow:
- Support in creating and structuring pitches, investment teaser and information memoranda
- Support due diligence management on sell-side and buy-side projects (e.g. set-up virtual data rooms, responsible person for Q&A process)
- Creation and calculation of company valuations
- Production of business, transaction and company analyses as well as business profiles
- Independent research tasks involving businesses, markets, potential investors and targets
- Analysis and preparation of financial information
Skills that convince:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in transaction services, private equity / venture capital, management consulting or business/corporate development
- Appropriate academic background (BSc / MSc in economics or similar)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong interest in digital economy and understanding of relevant business and financial models
- High degree of initiative, commitment, and motivation
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
- Team player with high contact and communication skills
